Президентская программа подготовки молодых руководителей российских предприятий реализуется с 1997 года. Стратегическая цель Президентской программы – повышение качества управления на отечественных предприятиях до международного уровня. В рамках Президентской программы 5000 менеджеров ежегодно проходят 500-600 часовую подготовку в ведущих российских образовательных учреждениях по специальностям: “Менеджмент”, “Маркетинг”, “Финансы и кредит”. После завершения подготовки в образовательных учреждениях участникам программы предоставляется возможность прохождения стажировки на профильных российских или зарубежных предприятиях. Уровень изменений в области внедрения новых технологий на предприятиях, участвующих в Президентской программе почти в два раза превосходит средние данные по промышленным предприятиям России. |
The Presidential program is quality mark Russian enterprises’ management!
Since 1997 the Presidential program of preparation of the Russian enterprises’ young managers is realized. The strategic objectives of the Presidential program is improvement of management quality at the domestic enterprises up to the international level. More than 5000 managers have 500-600 hour training program covering management, marketing, finance at the leading Russian educational institutions within the Presidential program annually. The participants of the Program can pass training at the profile Russian or foreign enterprises аfter the end of the training program at the educational institutions. The enterprises-participant the Presidential program have a twice results of changes in the field of introduction of the technological innovation in comparison with average results at the Russian industrial enterprises.
